Group Therapy & Coaching

In Atlanta and throughout Georgia

Group therapy and coaching allows for connecting with others who are experiencing similar struggles, or have similar goals, in order to build community and receive support.

Groups We’re Currently Offering

This coaching group is for women who…

  • Enjoy running (or are interested in it)

  • Have struggled with their relationship with movement—either avoiding it or finding themselves rigid in their workouts

  • Want to connect more with their bodies—and themselves

  • Have been looking for community with like-minded women!

We’ll start with an experiential mindfulness activity (don’t let this part scare you off!) and warmup before we transition into the run. All paces are welcome! We’ll wrap up with some cool down, reflection, and group snack.

*Snacks will be provided; if you have specific dietary needs, please let Lindsey know ahead of time

*This group may not be appropriate if you have an active eating disorder or are have been recommended to limit movement
