  • I am not in-network with insurance.

    However, I can provide you with the information needed to submit to your out-of-network benefits for possible reimbursement. You can also use your FSA/HSA for our appointments.

    As an out-of-network providers, I do not accept insurance directly. However, many PPO, POS, and HDHP insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that help clients get reimbursed for therapy. To use these benefits, you can first check your deductible, which is the amount you need to pay out of pocket for health services before your insurance benefits kick in. Once the deductible is met, you can start getting reimbursed for a percentage for our services, depending on your plan’s benefits.

  • Individual therapy: $195 per 50 minute session.

    Group therapy: Varies, $10-70 per group.

    Payment is due at your appointment time via debit/credit/FSA/HSA cards.

  • I accept all major credit cards, health savings account cards (HSA), and flexible spending account cards (FSA).

If you are in need of a reduced fee in order to pursue treatment, please don’t hesitate to ask.

  • Initial Nutrition Session: $175 per 75 minute intake.

    Follow-Up Nutrition Session, 60 minute: $150 per 60 minute session.

    Follow-Up Nutrition Session, 30 minute: $75 per 30 minute session.

    Grocery Shopping Support: $100 for 45 to 60 minutes.

    In-Between Session Support/Texting, unlimited: $50 per week.

    Payment is due at your appointment time via debit/credit/FSA/HSA cards.

  • To get started, submit an inquiry form here. We’ll reach out to schedule your free 15 minute phone consultation. This call gives us a chance to make sure we both feel like it’s a good fit and to allow you to ask any questions you many have.

  • We will help you schedule your first session and make sure you have access to all intake forms. Typically, you’ll start out with having sessions either weekly or biweekly in order to get momentum going for change.

  • Together, we will create a safe, supportive space in order to get to know your unique experiences and needs, better understand your presenting concerns, assess your current forms of coping, and work with you to create a plan for moving forward in our work together.

  • Using a holistic and compassionate approach, we’ll support you in learning more about what you need, what you feel, and how to respond.
