For services provided in Atlanta and throughout Georgia

We are out of network with insurance for several reasons, the most important being that we want therapy decisions to be made by you and your therapist—not your insurance company. This allows us to provide high-quality care without restrictions on diagnoses, session length, or treatment duration.

You stay in control—insurance won’t decide when therapy should end.

Freedom to choose—work with the therapist who truly fits your needs.

Greater privacy—your personal story stays between you and your therapist.

Unrestricted care—sessions are tailored to what works best for you, not a standardized model.

Everyone deserves high-quality, individualized mental health care. Our approach ensures that you and your therapist decide what’s best for your well-being—without limitations.

The rates for services depend on the provider, type of service, and length of service. Please seem below for individual rates.

  • Individual therapy: $195 per 50 minute session.

    Group therapy: Varies, $10-70 per group.

    Payment is due at your appointment time via debit/credit/FSA/HSA cards.

  • I accept all major credit cards, health savings account cards (HSA), and flexible spending account cards (FSA).

  • Yes, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your out-of-network benefits for possible reimbursement.

    Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that help clients get reimbursed for therapy. If you would like to know how much your insurance company will reimburse for therapy, you can call and ask them what reimbursement is for the code 90834.

    Make sure to ask if you have a deductible that you need to meet before coverage kicks in.

  • Currently, I accept Aetna insurance.

    For all other insurances, I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with the information needed to submit to your out-of-network benefits for possible reimbursement. You can also use your FSA/HSA for our appointments.

  • Initial Nutrition Session: $175 per 75 minute intake.

    Follow-Up Nutrition Session, 60 minute: $150 per 60 minute session.

    Follow-Up Nutrition Session, 30 minute: $75 per 30 minute session.

    Grocery Shopping Support: $100 for 45 to 60 minutes.

    In-Between Session Support/Texting, unlimited: $50 per week.

    Payment is due at your appointment time via debit/credit/FSA/HSA cards.
