Group therapy and coaching allows for connecting with others who are experiencing similar struggles, or have similar goals, in order to build community and receive support.

Groups We’re Currently Offering

This group is for you if…

  • You enjoy running (or are interested in starting!)

  • You have struggled with your relationship with movement—either avoiding it or being rigid in your workouts

  • You want to connect more with your body—and yourself

  • You have been looking for a community of like-minded women!

This group is open to ALL paces, ALL bodies, ALL experiences. Whether you’re an experienced runner or just looking for a low-stress way to move, this space is for you.
